Advanced Brain Monitoring is an established and innovative company in North County San Diego with disruptive technologies engaged in pioneering research into cognitive state assessment, biomarker development, and brain health. We are seeking a Clinical Research Manager to oversee the team in preparation of proposals for clinical trials and provide project management throughout all stages of clinical trials from initiation to closeout. This position will also support the neuroscience team to advance our studies of cognitive impairment; identify biomarkers associated with neurological and psychiatric disorders and investigate approaches to optimize brain health. In this role you will oversee the current portfolio of clinical trials to ensure project goals are achieved and results meet or exceed expectations of sponsors and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for unlocking the mysteries of the brain.
Responsibilities:
• Project management
• Allocate and managing resources such as staff, collaborators, equipment and consultants for all ongoing projects
• Manage sponsor / CRO relations throughout the life of the project
• Monitor all clinical trials, research studies and equipment/resource allocations
• Oversee data quality checks for on-going projects
• Plan, organize, coordinate, facilitate and assist with execution of proposals
• Create project-specific documents, tools and training materials
• Assist with reports and other deliverables
• Maintain communication with collaborators for studies and clinical trials
• Assist product development team with testing and documentation
Requirements:
• Project Management skills
• Human subject experience preferably in clinical trials (Phases I, II, II)
• Experience in managing proposal efforts from RFP release through proposal submission
• Exceptional organizational, communication and writing skills
• Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks independently
• Travel required: 20 – 40%
Desirable skills:
• Experience with neuroscience, physiological sensors and signals is a plus
• Experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary, diverse and dynamic team
• GCP certification
